Wolf was a puppet trader who went to the Mall Rats market to trade. He told Ellie that The Chosen had disbanded, which she published in The Amulet news sheet that everyone read and believed.
However, it was eventually revealed that Wolf was a spy for The Chosen and had lied to prepare for a takeover when the City did not expect it. He was discovered and killed by Jack who pushed him down the stairs.

Wolf appeared selling puppets and also as a trader at the Mall Rats trading market. He brought the false news to Ellie that The Chosen had disbanded as he was working for them. Jack becomes increasingly jealous of Wolf and Ellie.
After the Mall Rats and the Tribe Leaders were abducted by The Chosen and taken to the hotel, a seemingly beaten up Wolf was dumped outside the Mall. He led Bray, Lex and Jack into a building opposite of the Hotel who wanted to rescue the captured Mall Rats.
Wolf's true colours were revealed when he accidentally wiped off his bruise that was fake. He attempted to kill Bray and Lex, but could not prevent his own demise from Jack, who pushed him down a flight of stairs and dying upon impact with the ground below.
Trivia[]
- His name is clearly in reference to the famous idiom "Wolf in Sheep's Clothing." It is vey fitting as he initially appeared friendly but turned out to be a Chosen Spy who misled the City into thinking The Chosen had disbanded. This made the City unprepared for a takeover due to his lies and deceitful nature.
- He is the only person named after an animal that is not from the Eco Tribe, whose members name themselves after animals.
